Pixelmosa is an SEO and AI visibility agency run by Bruce Rosier. This page says what we collect on pixelmosa.com, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it or stop emailing you. It describes what we do. It is not a legal opinion.
Bruce Rosier, Pixelmosa60 rue François 1er75008 Paris, Francebruce@pixelmosa.comWhat the free check form collects
If you request a free AI visibility check, the form asks for your website, email address, and role. It may also ask for your name, business name, and city.
We also keep the page you landed on and which version of the form you saw. When the link you opened contains them, we keep utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, ref, fbclid, and gclid. We add an event id so a later measurement call can be matched to the same request and not counted twice.
Why we collect it
We use it to send you the free AI visibility check and to follow up about our services.
Who handles it
We do not run the form, the booking calendar, or the ad measurement ourselves. These companies process data for us:
- Formspree receives the free check form and emails it to us.
- Cal.com handles a strategy call if you book one.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Meta Pixel and Google Ads measure visits and conversions, and they may store cookies. The lead event we send does not include your name, email, or website. Starting the form can send a separate event that records only the form version, not your answers or an event id. On most pages the Google tag loads only after a visit from a Google ad. On the free check page it is included when a conversion is configured.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell it to data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep a form submission while we need it to send your check and to follow up about our services. Formspree, Cal.com, Cloudflare, Meta, and Google keep information on their own schedules. We do not control those schedules.
Deletion and opt-out
Email bruce@pixelmosa.com and tell us what you want deleted, or that you do not want follow-up about our services. We will delete the form submission we have and stop using it to contact you.
If you are in California
You can email bruce@pixelmosa.com to ask what personal information we have about you, to ask us to delete it, or to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell personal information. Asking will not cost you anything, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Please do not send health information
Do not include patient information, medical records, or any other health details in the form or by email. The free check is about how a business appears in AI answers.
